Trip Calendar and Sign Up

Please note that trip dates refer to the NIGHTS for which campsites are reserved, not to the length of the entire trip. Unless otherwise noted, sites in Yosemite and Tuolumne are reserved under the name of the Events Coordinator, Ross Capdeville

RULES FOR STAYING IN THESE CAMPSITES:

1)Cancellations must be made by the Monday before a Friday trip for a refund. Otherwise, you will have to pay the site fee for your space(s). Please show courtesy and notify the group if you are cancelling the week of a trip so that someone else can use it or the club can cancel the site entirely.

2)Members can only sign up one guest. If you need more space then they have to become members and pay the membership fee. It's $15 dollars well spent considering the effort expended by the club to get these sites.

3)FOR SITES IN TUOLUMNE MEADOWS: If you are the first person to arrive and check in you MUST leave a note with the campsite number on the campground message board. If you don't do this then later arrivals will have no way to find out the site number!!

4)The bear box is usually the limiting factor so DON'T BRING LARGE COOLERS AND FOOD BOXES. If you do bring a large cooler and large food box, expect to store them at a campground overflow box, not in the camp site.

PLEASE READ ALL THE ABOVE RULES BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR CAMPSITES!!!! FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES WILL RESULT IN PENALTY SLACK, MICROFRACTURING OF CARABINERS, AND SMEARS OF PEANUT BUTTER AND TUNA ON YOUR TENT!!!!
